Our experienced quality control team of 10 specialists inspects parts during all production stages, from incoming material verification through to final inspection prior to shipment. Our ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system ensures consistent processes and documented traceability for every part we produce.
Our quality lab equipment includes 2 Mitutoyo 3D Coordinate Measuring Machines and a Keyence 3D Scanner for rapid full-surface analysis and CAD comparison. This allows us to compare the produced parts with the original design diagram to ensure production is meeting the dimensional accuracy requirement of our customers.
