At Joincast we are specialists in the precision die casting of ADC-3 / A383 marine components for a range of applications and global brands. Common applications include aluminum propellers and crankcases as well as various engine components for both commercial and recreational applications. We are able to handle castings up to 5Kg to accommodate customers’ larger die-cast component requirements.

Your OEM parts go from die casting through CNC machining to surface treatment, all within our Taiwan production facility. Surface treatment performance is verified through salt spray testing and rigorous quality checks before your components are shipped. Our quality team conducts ASTM B117 testing to validate corrosion resistance.
