With our 3 production facilities in central Taiwan and our experienced engineering team, we can work with you to refine your designs to be production ready. Unlike other die casting companies we have brought all of the key services in house to make us a single source for our customers.
Our in house capabilities include automated high pressure aluminum die casting, polishing and shot blasting, surface treatment, CNC machining, TPR insert molding and printing. Having all of these services in one location helps us to manage costs and lead times more efficiently whilst also protecting your IP by ensuring your product designs remain in house.

At Joincast we keep every critical process in-house at Joincast, operating from a 9,900 m² facility to deliver dependable lead times and consistent quality. Across three production sites, we run die casting machines (135T–900T), CNC machining centers with automation, plus fully integrated surface treatment lines.
From small precision parts to castings up to 3 kg, we process ADC-12 / A360 and ADC-3 / A383 aluminum alloys in a 24-hour, single-supplier operation.
