Surface Treatment & Coating

Fully automated surface treatment line at JoinCast’s Taiwan facility providing consistent chemical immersion and coating for aluminum die cast components.

We run fully automated surface treatment systems at our Taiwan facility, covering powder coating, electro-coating, liquid coating, anodizing, and trivalent chromium treatments. We carry out all finishing processes in-house so you avoid the delays and risks that come with coordinating with external finishing vendors.

Treatment selection depends on your application requirements. Powder coating provides durable finish options for pneumatic tools and general hardware. Electro coating delivers uniform coverage for complex geometries requiring complete corrosion protection. Liquid coating enables custom color matching for branded OEM products. Anodizing creates hard, wear-resistant surfaces for high-friction applications. Trivalent chromium treatment offers corrosion resistance compliant with environmental regulations for marine and outdoor equipment.

We verify quality through salt spray testing to validate corrosion resistance performance before your components ship. We integrate surface treatment with CMM verification, and final inspection protocols. This ensures finished components meet both dimensional accuracy and surface finish specifications. Our single-source approach from die casting through surface treatment simplifies your procurement coordination whilst maintaining complete production traceability.

At Joincast we keep every critical process in-house at Joincast, operating from a 9,900 m² facility to deliver dependable lead times and consistent quality. Across three production sites, we run die casting machines (135T–900T), CNC machining centers with automation, plus fully integrated surface treatment lines.

From small precision parts to castings up to 3 kg, we process ADC-12 / A360 and ADC-3 / A383 aluminum alloys in a 24-hour, single-supplier operation.
