Our automation strategy addresses the consistency challenges inherent in manual operations, where operator variability affects dimensional accuracy, surface finish quality, and production throughput. Automated systems maintain precise process parameters throughout 24-hour aluminum die casting cycles, eliminating the quality fluctuations that occur with shift changes and operator transitions.

CNC machining operations utilize automated loading systems on 6 OKUMA horizontal lathes, enabling continuous production of aluminum die cast components with reduced manual handling. Parts move from fixture to machine automatically, maintaining positioning accuracy while freeing operators for quality verification and process optimization tasks. Fully automated surface treatment lines control immersion timing, temperature, and chemical concentration with greater precision than manual processing, ensuring consistent coating thickness and corrosion protection across aluminum die casting production batches.

At Joincast we keep every critical process in-house at Joincast, operating from a 9,900 m² facility to deliver dependable lead times and consistent quality. Across three production sites, we run die casting machines (135T–900T), CNC machining centers with automation, plus fully integrated surface treatment lines.

From small precision parts to castings up to 3 kg, we process ADC-12 / A360 and ADC-3 / A383 aluminum alloys in a 24-hour, single-supplier operation.
